Scheduling Deliveries


When do I call?

You can call to schedule a delivery any time we are open. Our normal hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. In the winter (January through March) we close at 3:30 during the week and are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

How much notice do you need for delivery?

In our busy season (April through December) we schedule at least 2-3 days in advance and occasionally as much as a week. In the winter we can often deliver the same day. However, we do prefer day notice.

How do I pay for it?

All deliveries are COD payable to our delivery driver unless you have an account set up with us. Payments can be made by cash or check to the driver or charged to either Visa or MasterCard by calling the office (A fee does apply when paying with Visa or MasterCard).

Is there a minimum requirement for Delivery?

Yes, a minimum of 350 dollars must be met in order to qualify for delivery

Are there delivery Charges?

Charges are based on the distance from our plant in Killawog. Please ask about any charges when you order. If we have to return to the job for some reason, there are second trip charges that will apply.

Do you have job site policies?

Holbrook’s Precast, Inc. drivers are responsible to their vehicles, will advise the customer of any job site hazards and will retain the right to refuse entry to a site due to unsafe conditions. When ordered to enter a site by the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages. Please note that our trucks generally weigh from 20 to 35 tons when loaded and will often make ruts in the lawn or crack the edges of pavement.
