Holbrook’s Precast, Inc. began operations in Killawog, New York in 1989. We are owned and operated by Jeffrey and Kimberly Holbrook. Holbrook’s Precast, Inc. provides an array of products to Northern Pennsylvania and the majority of Upstate New York. Products include but not limited to: septic tanks, retaining walls, box culverts, manholes, etc.
